Yacht Deliveries, Cruising and Performance Rigging Services and Sailing School. Our captains and crews are established in the yachting industry. All delivery and charter crew are vetted by our professional captains with experience in crew management and training.
Captain Jeff Drechsler has been in the professional yachting business since 1995. Starting at the ground level in Key West boatyards and working up to Head Rigger and Commissioning Team Leader at Gold Coast Yachts in St. Croix. At the same time Jeff was honing skills in yacht brokerage and charter fleet management. Acquiring his first captain’s license in 2001 Jeff entered into the chartering and delivery end of yachting building experience in ocean passage making and international transportation as well as crew management. With a series of sailing education certifications Jeff is capable of teaching new boat owners more about handling and managing their boat in a passage making situation as well as educating new crew members and families on how best to function together as a team in sail handling, docking and anchoring practices.

Bela Creola: Custom 135′ Royal Yacht Btittania replica gaff rigged cutter, deck crew on deliveries and racing helmsman.
Various Catamarans; 40′ – 65′ as captain on deliveries throughout the Eastern Caribbean and US East Coast as well as charter captain and instructor in Abaco Bahamas ans St. Augustine Florida. Racing captain on a Fountain Pajot 60′ in Key West, new boat handover captain of several modern charter cats and commissioning team leader for a fleet of Gold Coast 65’s delivered to Sandals and Beaches Resorts.
Various monohulls: 33′ – 70′ as captain or crew/watch captain throughout the entire Caribbean, Gulf Coast and Eastern US.
Captain Kayla Grant
Over 18,000 blue water miles logged as captain, co-captain or mate. Duties include navigation, solo watches, perform engine checks and maintenance, provisioning, sail trim and line handling, polishing and washdowns.
